Four details that save a day

Execution questions are answered on chain, not from memory. With these in the first message we can usually reply with the block, the route and the reason.

  • The token address, and the transaction hash if there is one
  • Which wallet the order was meant to run from
  • The exact time, in UTC, so we can find the block
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead

Only one official address

Pons Sniper Bot writes from [email protected] and nowhere else. If someone contacts you claiming to be support from another address, it is not us. Forward it here and we will warn the rest.

03Support questions

Asked most

The answers people need before they finish typing the message.

How fast do you answer?

Trading issues are picked up first, and everything else follows in order. We do not promise a number we cannot hold in every timezone, so treat the dashboard as the fast lane and this form as the thorough one.

My snipe did not fire. What do you need from me?

The token address, the wallet, and the minute in UTC. With those three we can read the blocks around your armed target and tell you exactly which filter cancelled it or where the transaction went.

Can you recover funds sent to a wrong address?

No. Transfers on Robinhood Chain are final and no operator can reverse them. What we can do is show you the exact path of the transaction on the explorer so you know what happened.

Do you offer refunds on a package?

Access is a flat payment for a period of time and it starts the moment it is activated. If something on our side prevented the bot from working during that period, write in and we will make it right.

How do I know a message is really from you?

Everything official comes from [email protected] or from inside your own dashboard. We do not run support accounts on other platforms, so anything else claiming to be us is an impersonation, and forwarding it here helps other people.

Do you take feature requests?

Yes, and they are the most useful mail we get. Pick the bug report or partnership topic, describe the workflow you want rather than the button you imagine, and it goes to the engine roadmap.
